THE WILLIAMSBURG HOTEL

96 Wythe Avenue, Brooklyn, NY

The Williamsburg Hotel is a new boutique hotel development designed by architect and design house -Michaelis Boyd. Completed in 2017, it boasts a grand ballroom, a rooftop pool, and the iconic Water Tower Bar, a tier one lounge with breathtaking 360 skyline views. Named “The best place to stay in Brooklyn on Hotel Tonight” and receiver of The Five Star Diamond Award by The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences.

THE BUSHWICK GENERATOR

215 Moore Street, Brooklyn,  NY

The Bushwick Generator is an innovative office space transforming the office paradigm to accommodate the changing way we interact with our work space. Blockchain, VR, Gaming, agriculture, and Urban Tech are just some of the industries being created and disrupted, with the Bushwick Generator at the forefront. Only steps away from the L train, The Bushwick Generator hosts entrepreneurs, crypto-anarchists, and fortune 500 companies.

25 KENT

25 Kent Avenue, Brooklyn, NY

25 Kent is the first ground-up office space being built in Brooklyn in decades. The building will include a roof deck, private terraces, bike storage, and locker rooms. It is changing the Brooklyn skyline as it nears completion. 25 Kent will begin occupancy this year. Gensler Architects are the architects for this project, along with design architecture firm HWKN.

THE FREDERICK OLMSTEAD

564 St. Johns Place, Brooklyn, NY

The Frederick Olmstead is a luxury residential building in Prospect Heights. Completed in 2018, the building seamlessly integrates classic lux living with modern style. Architect Karl Fischer designed the brick development. The grandiose lobby and elegant finishes were designed by the Heritage in-house group of designers. It is in the center of an Opportunity Zone tract.

THE BUSHWICK HOTEL

232 Seigel Street, Brooklyn, NY

The Bushwick Hotel will be a boutique hotel in the heart of Bushwick/East Williamsburg. Brooklyn is already a standalone destination, no longer taking a backseat to Manhattan. The hotel will maximize the neighborhoods upwardly hip visitors. It will have public spaces including a restaurant and a bar. The Bushwick Hotel has an expected completion date of 2020.

INDUSTRY CITY DEVELOPMENT

875 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY

This residential rental building in Industry City will be a high end, full-service luxury building. The site is only three blocks from the D, N, and R subways. It will have spacious apartments and opulent finishes, giving tenants a rooftop common area, rec rooms, bicycle storage, laundry, and storage. Architect Karl Fischer designed the brick development, and grandiose lobby and elegant finishes were designed by the Heritage in-house group of designers.

MOTT HAVEN DEVELOPMENT

286 Rider Avenue, Bronx, NY

Expansion is well underway in the South Bronx waterfront neighborhood of Mott Haven. New public parks, ferry routes, and infrastructure have rejuvenated this neighborhood with views of Manhattan. 
286 Rider Ave will be a luxury residential rental with about 135 units and expansive amenities. The building will be well served by the 6 train and express trains 4 and 5.
